Speaking Up: Community Stories from the Anti-ICE Resistance Speaking Up: Community Stories from the Anti-ICE Resistance

Speaking Up is a community-driven podcast documenting what is happening in real time to people and neighborhoods impacted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement—and how communities are responding when silence is no longer an option. This show exists because too much of what happens during immigration enforcement never makes it into official records. Raids are reduced to press releases. Detentions are described as procedures. Harm is flattened into language that avoids responsibility. Meanwhile, the people living through it are left to carry the consequences alone. Speaking Up is about changing that.

The quickest way to be included on the show is to send us your story as a voicemail, as being a guest requires time to schedule and conduct the interview. For faster sharing, please go to the Record Your Story tab to send us a voicemail.
